Whole Body Cryotherapy

Whole Body Cryotherapy provides the Worlds Best Whole Body Recovery from athletes to those who suffer from arthritis, back pain, migraines, fibromyalgia and much more!

What is Whole Body Cryotherapy?

Whole body cryotherapy (WBC) is a 3 minute treatment using liquid nitrogen vapor that is more effective and efficient than an ice bath with better benefits. It’s cutting edge technology that reduces recovery time, decreases inflammation, and manages pain. It’s a healing treatment that oxygenates blood and creates a whole body healing response that targets weak areas in the body.

There are 3 main areas where WBC is effective.

Performance Enhancement WBC is the evolution of cold therapy. A session prior to training/competition provides an endorphin rush which leaves athletes feeling refreshed and energized. WBC also increases blood flow, improves range of motion, reduces pain, and induces a general whole body good feeling that lasts 3+ hours. The reducing pain aspect puts athletes in a more functional position to train/compete.

Recovery
Post training/competition, the 3 minute session is efficient and a great tool for recovery, reducing inflammation and igniting your body’s natural healing response. Athletes will feel rejuvenated and notice an immediate difference post training/competition and the next morning. No more 20 minute ice baths! Three minutes can be fit into daily routines both pre and post-game.

Physical Therapy/ Maintenance
As WBC initiates the body’s natural healing response it is an effective tool assisting in the healing of injuries particularly where inflammation needs to be decreased. Additionally, with the mentioned benefits, WBC should be part of any athlete’s general maintenance routine.
